Health available on the go! Order fresh take-away or quick-grab from the fridge. Their menu isn’t fussy or complicated. They stay as close to the source as possible and work with seasonal availability. They’re very respectful of people’s nutritional requirements and fit into a gluten-free, sugar-free, meat-free category without compromising on the authenticity of good food.

Vegan breakfast options include: Avo on toast, chia pots, farmhouse breakfast (vegan version): roasted cherry tomatoes, avocado, steamed spinach, sauteed broccoli with a drizzle of tahini and seeds. Served with sprouted wheat vegan toast.

Vegan lunch options include: Buddha bowl: grains, greens, kimchee, slaw and avo, cauliflower and coconut oil wrap with veggies, avo and hummus, communal buffet (99% vegan) consisting of 4 large gourmet salads (one grain, one veggie, one kale, one raw) and a main of the day. Their vegan bun free burger topped with hummus and salsa is a buffet winner served on Tuesday and Fridays.
Their lunch menu changes daily.

Vegan treats: Berry cheesecake, avo & cacao mousse cake, millionaire shortbread brownies and more. Soy, coconut and almond milk available. Vegan smoothies
