Premium quality hand crafted wines from Elgin with the focus on Pinot Noir. Other wines include Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, a Rhone style Shiraz blend and a dessert wine based in Elgin – an excellent area for premium grape growing.
Wines are handled with minimal chemical intervention and only the finest grapes are procured. No animal products have been used in the production of the red wines, nor in the white wines since 2011. Their natural wine making process shows flavour, purity, balance and harmony with all the components so that the wine expresses the very best of each individual site the grapes are grown on.
