A refined Chardonnay mousse with fresh zesty citrus aromas, this vibrant mouth-filling vegan MCC reveals the subtlety of great Overberg terroir. This sparkling wine made by the traditional Champagne method makes an excellent aperitif, it can also be enjoyed throughout a meal as a fine complement to the food.
